About these terms
These terms describe use of the UrusGold informational website operated by Nisbah Technology Sdn. Bhd. They cover the website preview only. Any future account, subscription or product service will need terms appropriate to that service.
Early-access preview
The website presents a product under development. Features, designs, availability and launch plans may change. The current email form is a demonstration: entering an address does not create an account, reserve access or submit a waitlist registration. There are no purchases or paid subscriptions available through this preview.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other visitors and the operator. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, distribute malicious code or misuse its forms. We may take proportionate steps to protect the website from abuse.
Content and brand assets
The UrusGold name, logo, artwork and website content belong to their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to it. Publication of our logo and colour reference does not grant a licence to present yourself as UrusGold or imply our endorsement.
